Synalar Cream is a topical corticosteroid-antibiotic combination used to treat inflammatory skin conditions accompanied by bacterial infections. It contains fluocinolone acetonide (a corticosteroid) to reduce inflammation, redness, and itching, and clioquinol (an antibacterial and antifungal agent) to manage secondary infections.
