Adrance M 5mg/500mg Tablet is an oral antidiabetic medication combining Empagliflozin (5mg) and Metformin (500mg). It is used to manage type 2 diabetes by improving blood sugar control through two mechanisms: Empagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor, helps remove excess glucose via urine, while Metformin, a biguanide, reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
