At One Health, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services to meet your needs. Whether you’re ordering pharmacy products or scheduling a lab sample collection, we’ve got you covered with convenient delivery options.

Delivery fees and time

• Standard Delivery within Karachi (3-7 working days) Rs300. 
• Standard Delivery outside Karachi (5-10 working days) Rs350.
• Same-Day Delivery (orders placed before 3pm) within Karachi Rs450.

Standard Delivery is done by our trusted logistics partner, Leopard Courier. A tracking ID will be provided to you via email for easy monitoring of your order. Same-Day Delivery, for orders placed before 3pm, will be handled by our own rider, ensuring fast and reliable service.

Free Home Sample Collection

Available within 9km of our nearest branch, between 9am and 9pm. For Home Sampling Collection call us at 0304-111-7428

Notes:

Our Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm the availability of items and ensure everything is in stock before confirming your order. Please ensure the delivery matches the billed items at the time of receipt. Certain items, including milk items, injections, and fridge items, cannot be delivered to non-service zones.
