Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy applies only to specific products.

  • Original Slip Required: To process returns or refunds, the original purchase slip must be presented with items in unused/sealed and resalable condition.
  • Refunds for Online Payments: Customers can request a refund for online payments within 7 days of purchase. No refund requests will be entertained after this period.
  • Change of Mind: Returns or refunds due to a change of mind are not applicable.
  • Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team on WhatsApp at 0300-050-104.
  • Non-Receipt of Order: If your order has not been received, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-050-1014.
  • Refund Method: Payments made via bank card will be refunded to the customer’s bank account only. No cash refunds will be issued for online payments.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be reflected back in the customer’s account within 7-14 working days.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Milk products, cold chain items, medical devices without warranty, loose tablets/capsules, surgical products, and wellness products are not refundable or exchangeable.
