Seretide Evohaler 25/250mcg is an inhalation medication combining salmeterol (25 micrograms) and fluticasone propionate (250 micrograms). Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep airways open, while fluticasone propionate is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the lungs.
