This combination medicine is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Dizziness, bronchitis, back pain, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, weakness.

Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, low amount of sodium in the blood, high amount of potassium in the blood, Renal Artery Stenosis, abnormally low blood pressure, acute kidney failure, pregnancy, Decreased Blood Volume, Diarrhea Due to Intestinal Malabsorption
